WE WILL BE OUTSIDE RUNNING, SO DRESS ACCORDINGLY
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 400m Run
- 7 Pullups
- 10 Situps
Today's Endurance Workout
Sprint Intervals
3 or more hours after Today's Workout, do ONE of the following:
Run, Swim, Bike, or Row
- 5 Rounds of :40/:20 (40 seconds MAX EFFORT, 20 second rest)
